If you enter wrong PIN code three times in sequence the PIN code will be blocked. To unblock your PIN code, you need a PUK code (8 digits). You received this in the same letter as your PIN code.
If you have lost it, you can order a new PUK code here.
How to unblock the PIN code depends on the type of card you have:

Private
- Insert your smart card into the card reader
- Go to Payment-id minibank > Avblokkere PIN-kode
- Enter the PUK code (8 digits) from your PIN/PUK code letter
- Enter a new PIN code
- Click Bekreft
- Insert your smart card into the card reader

- Insert the smart card into the card reader
- Go to the Start-menu on your computer, choose Alle programmer
- Choose the folder NetID
- Start the program Administrasjon
- Click on your name on the top and choose Lås opp sikkerthetskoden
- Choose Lås opp med opplåsningskoden
- Enter your PUK code (8 digits) and the new PIN code
- Insert the smart card into the card reader

- Go to the Start-menu on your PC, choose Alle programmer
- Choose the folder
Payment-id Access - Start the program Administrasjon
- Choose Aktivitet from the toolbar
- Click on Lås opp sikkerhetskoden and choose (BEID)
- Choose Lås opp med opplåsningskode
Enter your PUK code (8 digits) and the new PIN code
- Insert the smart card into the card reader
