Google Analytics (GA)
Payment-id uses Google Analytics to measure how our website and mobile applications are used. We do this to improve functionality and content. We have set up Google Analytics with masked IP addresses so that all visitors are anonymized.
Data storage in Google Analytics is set to 26 months.
Google Tag Manager
Used to add different code snippets (script) to our website for statistics and customisations.
Chat from eDialog24
Users of our website have the opportunity to contact us via chat. We use eDialog24 for this service. To start a chat, the user must register their first name and email address. We save your chat history and contact information in eDialog24 for 30 days so we can help you as efficiently as possible. Conversations via chat are stored in Pure Service until there is no longer a need for this data, or the user requests its deletion.
Hotjar
Provides statistics on the use of our website, and provides the opportunity to obtain feedback from visitors. Data is anonymous but users can enter their email address at their own discretion.
Facebook Pixel
We use Facebook Business Manager to create advertisements and track actions on our website using the Facebook Pixel. We refer to Facebook’s current policy, which is in accordance with GDPR.
LinkedIn Insight
We use Linkedin Marketing Solution to create advertisements and track actions using LinkedIn Insight Tag that creates a cookie. You can read more about LinkedIn Insight Tag here.
Other systems that store personal data from our website
Microsoft Dynamics CRM
We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to manage information about our contacts (customers, partners, and prospects). We save such data as name, email, phone number, and notes related to conversations and the sales process. Data is stored as long as it is required, or until the user requests its deletion.
Click Dimensions (CD)
We use Click Dimensions (CD) for digital marketing, the distribution of newsletters, customers services, etc. CD is integrated with Dynamics CRM and extracts data in marketing lists for distrubution.
CD handles user consent to receive online marketing from Payment-id. All broadcasts of digital marketing are based on active consent. Subscribers who have given active consent may withdraw it at any time.
We have the ability to extract statistics from CD related to the activities we conduct, including information about who has opened emails and clicked links.
Payment-id Community
Payment-id uses Forumbees as the total supplier of the Payment-id Community. In this context, the guidelines and privacy policy of Forumbees applies.
Contact form
We use simple contact forms on our website. Data from the contact forms is stored in our customer service system, as well as in CRM. Registered data will be temporarily stored in our publishing solution Enonic XP and automatically deleted after 30 days.
